Short HowTo:
Get files, deflate, run run.sh.
Generate a peer ID and click on "export peer identity file".
Distribute this id file to other OFS users to make connections with them.
Download my ID file from here and import and sign my peer ID file inside of OFS.
Wait a bit for a connection to one of the imported IDs.
For posting/download, go to post tab and click on search to get files. 
For posting, try the new post button.
If you click on a post, a new window opens. The download button downloads the attached data to the directory ofs/data/downloads.
